Additionally, both styles of condominiums are 2 bed, 2 bath However, the Veranda Condominiums are larger than the Terrace Condominiums and there are less condominiums in the Veranda Condominium complexes than the Terrace Condominium complexes.
Yes, golf memberships are included in the HOA fees of all properties at Babcock National. Membership gives homeowners access to the 18-hole golf course, masterfully designed by famed architect Gordon Lewis. A variety of other amenities are also included with each luxury home. This includes access to the clubhouse, fitness center, lake, trail system, tennis courts, and more.
The Homeowners Association (HOA) fees vary for each property at Babcock Ranch. You can view the approximate HOA fees under each home’s sale listing. Generally, the dues are between $600-$750 a month.
