Terrace Condominiums:

The terrace condominiums floorplans are the Antonia, Bellini, and Celiana. All three models feature two bedrooms and bathrooms, with a spacious living room and dining area. The largest model, Celiana, also features a den. It is 1,419 square feet, with the enclosed area covered 1,284 square feet, a 101 square foot lanai, and a 34 square foot entryway. The second largest floorplan, the Bellini, is a total of 1,260 square feet; with the enclosed area covered 1,137 square feet, a 98 square foot lanai, and a 28 square foot entryway. Lastly is the Antonia, which is 1,226 square feet, with a 1,107 square foot enclosed area, 107 square foot lanai, and 12 square foot entryway.
